InstaFlow Terms & Conditions

These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of InstaFlow, an individual developer based in Rajasthan, India ("InstaFlow", "we"). By creating an account or using the InstaFlow app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use InstaFlow.

1. Who can use InstaFlow

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Your account can be active on one device at a time.

2. What InstaFlow does

InstaFlow uses artificial intelligence to help you create social media content, such as captions, hashtags, reel scripts, bios, post ideas, images, posters and thumbnails. Features may change over time.

3. Subscriptions and the ₹5 trial

• Access for new accounts: new accounts need an active trial or subscription to use InstaFlow.
• Trial: new customers can start the Starter plan with an introductory offer of ₹5 for 3 days. The offer can be used once per customer, as decided by Google Play.
• Automatic renewal: unless you cancel, the trial automatically becomes the Starter subscription. You are then charged the Starter monthly price shown in Google Play before you buy (currently ₹300 per month in India), and it renews every month until you cancel.
• Payment: all payments are made through Google Play and charged to your Google Play payment method. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy, may differ by country, and may change. We will tell you before a price change, and Google Play may ask you to accept it.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > InstaFlow > Cancel subscription. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance. If the ₹5 trial is refunded, your account is treated as if the trial never started.
• After a subscription ends: if your trial or subscription is cancelled, expires, or a payment fails, you can keep using the app with any credits you have left.

4. Credits

• Credits are used for AI actions. The cost of each action is shown in the app.
• You get credits from the trial (a one-time amount), from each paid subscription period (the amount shown for your plan, added once per billing period), and from one-time credit packs.
• Credits never expire. Unused credits stay in your account after you cancel or your subscription ends.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or sold, and they are not refundable except where the law or Google Play's policy requires it.
• Credits from a refunded or reversed purchase are removed. Credits are lost if your account is deleted, or closed for breaking these Terms.
• Unlimited text tools: while your subscription or trial is active, text tools (such as captions, hashtags and scripts) do not use credits. This is subject to a reasonable fair-use limit that protects the service from abuse. Image tools always use credits.

5. Free rewards for existing accounts

Accounts that already received free credit rewards (such as daily credits) before the ₹5 trial was introduced may keep receiving them as shown in their app. New accounts do not receive free credits. We may change or end free rewards at any time.

6. Ads

InstaFlow may show ads served by Google AdMob. We do not show ads while your subscription or trial is active.

7. AI-generated content

• AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable. Review and edit everything before you use it.
• You are responsible for what you post, and for following the law and the rules of the platforms you post on (for example Instagram).
• We do not guarantee followers, views, engagement, sales or any other result.
• Similar requests can produce similar results for other users, so results may not be unique.
• Subject to these Terms, you may use the results for your personal and business content.

8. Photos you upload

• Only upload photos that you own or have the right to use.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and never photos of children who are not yours.
• Do not use InstaFlow to create images that impersonate, mislead or harm real people.

9. What you must not do

• Create illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or misleading content, spam, or content that breaks someone else's rights.
• Misuse the service, for example with bots or scripts, by reverse engineering the app, by getting around credits, fair-use limits or payments, or by sharing or reselling accounts.
• Interfere with InstaFlow's servers or security.

10. Suspension and account closure

• We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, commit fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Danger zone > Delete account). Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription, so cancel it in Google Play first.

11. Our app and intellectual property

InstaFlow, its design, logo and software belong to us. You may not copy, sell or modify them. If you send us feedback, we may use it without paying you.

12. Disclaimers and liability

• InstaFlow is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruptions or errors.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you choose to post. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using InstaFlow after a change, the new Terms apply.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Rajasthan, India have jurisdiction.
