Delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your InstaFlow account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or ask us to do it for you by email.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself, from the app
- Open the InstaFlow app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Scroll to the Danger zone section at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog.
Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Ask us by email
If you cannot access the app, email instaflow38@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my InstaFlow account”.
We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

| Generated content | Captions, hashtags, scripts, ideas, calendars and AI images you created, including your history |
| Uploaded media | Photos and videos you uploaded, and your profile picture |
| Credits & usage | Your credit balance, credit history and AI usage records |
| Instagram connection | Your access token and any Instagram profile or post data we cached |
| Device data | Device identifiers and notification tokens linked to your account |
| Scheduled posts | Any posts you scheduled but had not yet published |
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records: as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. We also keep a record that links a Google Play purchase to the account that made it, to prevent fraud. Google Play keeps its own records.
- Analytics and crash data: for as long as Google Firebase keeps it under our settings.
- After deletion, deleted files may remain in our storage provider's recovery copy (soft delete) for up to 7 days, and deleted data may remain in our database backups for up to 7 days. After that, they are gone.
- Unused credits are not refunded. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credit balance and does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel that separately in the Play Store.
Before you delete
- Cancel any active subscription in the Google Play Store first — deleting your InstaFlow account does not cancel it.
- Save anything you want to keep. Generated content cannot be recovered afterwards.
