This Privacy Policy explains how InstaFlow ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our mobile application and website. By using InstaFlow, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information — when you sign up, we collect your email address and a user ID to create and secure your account.
Content you provide — the ideas, prompts and photos you submit to generate captions, hashtags or scripts. Photos are processed to generate captions and are not shared with third parties for advertising.
Usage data — basic analytics such as which features you use and app performance, to improve the app.
Instagram data (optional) — if you choose to connect your Instagram Business account, we access basic profile and post data only to personalize suggestions and enable scheduling. You can disconnect at any time.

2. How we use your information

To provide and improve the app's AI features.
To manage your account, trial and subscription.
To send you helpful notifications and reminders (you can turn these off).
To keep the app secure and prevent abuse.

3. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services to run the app, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting), Google AdMob (ads for free users), and Google Play Billing (subscriptions). These services process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Ads

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to show relevant ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

5. Data security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time.
You can turn off notifications in your device settings.
You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

7. Children

InstaFlow is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
